How to change between XU signatures with and without mobile phone number with signature365 on outlook.
For Windows Devices:
Open outlook and click on new email.
Then click on the signature365 logo.
Here you can choose between the two different signatures if you want to send the email with your mobile phone number or without. Whichever one you would like just click on them and it will insert it as the signature.
For macOS Devices:
Open outlook and click on new email.
Click the three dots
And click on Signature 365
